Objectives Information

Depending on which objective is being used, before turning the

nosepiece to change magnifications, the nosepiece will need to be lowered with the

course focus knob otherwise the objective may crash into the stage if caution is not used.

Possible Brightfield Mode Operational Problems

If normal adjustments are not getting the results you expect, check to see if these

conditions exist:

• Incorrect condenser / objective combination being used

• Incorrect components inadvertently installed

• Dirty or smudged optics
